Workmanship Warranty and Guarantee

90-Day Workmanship Warranty Policy


Scope of Warranty: Flying RV (hereafter referred to as "the Company") provides a 90-day workmanship warranty for all repair services performed on recreational vehicles (RVs). This warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the specific repairs conducted by our technicians.

Warranty Period: The warranty period begins on the date of completion of the repair services and extends for a duration of 90 days.

Coverage: During the warranty period, the Company will repair, free of charge, any defects in workmanship that arise from the original repair services. This includes labor involved in addressing issues related to the initial repair work.

Parts Warranty: Parts used in the repair services are subject to the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers. The Company does not provide a warranty on parts and any claims related to parts defects should be directed to the manufacturer. The Company will, to the best of its ability, assist customers in facilitating claims with the parts manufacturer.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.
  2. Normal wear and tear.
  3. Repairs or modifications performed by parties other than the Company.
  4. Damage resulting from failure to follow recommended maintenance or operating instructions.

Customer Obligations: To be eligible for warranty service, customers must:

  1. Retain a copy of the original invoice or repair order as proof of purchase.
  2. Notify the Company promptly of any potential warranty claim.
  3. Provide reasonable access to the RV for inspection and repair by the Company.

Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact the Company's customer service department at Flying RV. A service representative will guide customers through the process and, if applicable, provide assistance in facilitating claims with parts manufacturers.

Limitations of Liability: The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship as determined by the Company. The Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original customer who purchased the repair services.

Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of Arkansas, and any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the appointed arbitration organization.

Policy Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through the Company's official communication channels.

Effective Date: This warranty policy is effective as of January 1, 2024 and applies to all repair services conducted by the Company from this date onward.
